Z Egloff was born in California, raised in the Midwest, and schooled (academically and otherwise)
on the East Coast. Her novel Verge won the 2008 Bywater Prize for Fiction and was a finalist for
a Lambda Literary Award. Her latest novel, Leap, was released in the spring of 2013.
